Service Description:
Lucky Dry Cleaners offers dry cleaning and laundry services, including but not limited to, the cleaning of garments, textiles, and related items.
Pricing and Payment:
Pricing for our Services is outlined in our current price list, available at our store or on our website. All prices are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due upon the collection of your cleaned items. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at our store.
Order Collection and Delivery:
Orders can be collected at our store or delivered to your designated location. Delivery services may incur an additional fee. Collection and delivery times are subject to our operational schedule.
Care of Items
While we take utmost care in cleaning and handling your items, we cannot guarantee the removal of all stains or damages. Some items may be labeled as "Dry Clean Only" for a reason. We are not responsible for items left in pockets. Please check your garments before submitting them for cleaning.
Liability:
Our liability for any damaged or lost items is limited to the cost of cleaning the item as indicated on the invoice. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect losses.
Unclaimed Items:
Items left unclaimed for 90 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated or disposed of as we see fit.
Refund Policy:
Refunds or re-cleaning of items will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please notify us within 48 hours if you are dissatisfied with our services.
Lost and Found:
We will make reasonable efforts to return any personal items found in your clothing but are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and store customer information solely for the purpose of providing our Services and will not share or sell your personal information to third parties.
